Terms and conditions to access and use our Website are as follows. Access to and use of the services included in this Website imply the acceptance of all conditions, with no limitations or exceptions whatsoever. CERROBAYO (“CBSA”) has the right to modify this Website as well as to introduce changes to any of the products or programs included therein, at any time, without previous notice and with no responsibility whatsoever. CBSA has the exclusive copyright of all the contents and information part of the Website, including -but not limited to- company name, logos, brands, stuff, data, photographs, images, data base as well as graphic design and other items (hereinafter collectively called the “Contents”) which may appear in this Website and which are under national and international Copyright legislation.
It is strictly forbidden to copy, exhibit, distribute, download, alter, modify, publish, reproduce, sell, transmit, use for creating a by-product, exploit or use the Contents of the Website either totally or partially, whatever the purpose. User statements and guarantees

CBSA guarantees the use of the data entered by the “Users” according to Law 25.326 about Protection of Personal Data and its regulations. The information received by CBSA is only handled by the employees who keep said information with the sole purpose of establishing communication with the “Users” or sending them e-mails upon the “Users” request. Nevertheless, CBSA may send the “Users” special offers or newsletters, where the “User” will always have the option not to accept them. The “User” will be able to access to his/her personal data, modify them, cancel them or object to their use, through proper notice to the employee holding the database, free of charge.
All private communication between CBSA and the “Users/clients” will be treated as confidential. CBSA has the right to reject any “User” who may have granted false data, being entitled to start the pertinent legal action whatsoever.

The “User/client” recognizes and accepts that access to the Website www.cerrobayoweb.com is free and its use is under his/her sole responsibility, accepting all the conditions detailed herein.
The “User”, either visitor or client, shall be responsible for the any damages inflicted on CBSA, either directly or indirectly, upon failure to comply with the obligations arising from this Terms and Conditions, from the terms and conditions of any particular service included in the Website or from the law applicable as regards the use of said Website.

Special Conditions
CBSA shall not be liable for any robbery, theft or loss of tourist’s private property which may occur within the premises of the Resort. Nevertheless, considering that skiing is a dangerous sport, the “User” shall be responsible for all personal risks, damages to third parties or injury to property, including collision with objects or other skiers whatsoever. Also, the “User” who ventures into extreme ski runs and off-piste skiing, shall be responsible for all personal risks, injuries to third parties or damages to property, releasing CBSA or all those entities related to it or to its employees and/or managers, from any responsibility whatsoever.
The Resort has the right of admission and permanence within the premises of the Ski Resort, based on misconduct or problems caused by those “Users” who, at the Resort’s judgment, could involve a potential risk for themselves and/or other skiers, or for the company premises or third parties, or upon failure to fulfill the security rules of the company.
The “User” shall not be entitled to any claim or reimbursement whatsoever in case of total or partial closing of lifts or trails without previous notice, due to weather conditions, security reasons and/or any other situation not attributable to the company, as the Ski Resort is located in a high mountain area.
The document related to the medical coverage for ski accidents is at “User’s” disposal at the Resort Ticket Office. Said coverage is limited to ski accidents occurred within the limits of authorized and signposted trails. Rescues carried out by the security staff out of the limits of said trails will be charged to the skier involved. “Users” shall follow all the company staff instructions . The purchase of passes to the company implies “Users” knowledge and acceptance of the general conditions, which are at their disposal at the Resort Ticket Office and which can be modified at any moment without previous notice by the company. |
